This apartment was a great find for our city trip! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, with a lovely welcome gift and all the cooking essentials provided. the bed was incredibly comfortable and the lounge was nice and cozy. the location was ideal, with free parking and a short walk to the best restaurants across the bridge. We also loved that Holy Island and St Abbs were just a half-hour drive away. a highly recommended place to stay!
The only downsides were that the TV had been mistuned, so we couldn't access the BBC channels, and there were no instructions on how to fix it. the fire was faulty.

the location was perfect, just a short stroll away from the Spittal Promenade where I enjoyed a beautiful walk on New Year's Day. the hosts were fantastic, providing complimentary fizz and making sure I had all the essentials like milk, tea, and coffee. the apartment itself was very comfortable, with everything I needed for a long stay. the bed was incredibly comfortable and the lounge area was cozy. I also appreciated the lovely Christmas accents that added a festive touch to my stay. I would highly recommend the Lobster Pot to anyone visiting the area.
